Trend forecasting, product development and design, graphic design, mentoring, manage designers and design studios, run innovation workshops.

20+ years

Q4 What inspired you to become a freelancer?

Greater Flex in all aspects but key is more time with my kids

Q5 What do you think the benefits of being a freelancer are?

Being able to say no to jobs you don’t feel align with your ethos, beliefs or fun factor

Q6 What are the biggest challenges you think freelancers face at the moment?

Not being paid your worth Being seen as a disposable resource Not getting enough connection at your place of work (if that is what you are searching for)

Q7 What do you think is the best resource you have found to use as a freelancer?

Being able to offer a fresh perspective that is not flavoured but the internal business brand filter Sometimes you can’t see the forest for the trees. But from a distance it becomes clear

Q8 What one piece of advice would you give to other/aspiring freelancers?

Approach everything with positivity and creativity

Q9 What is your favourite project you have ever worked on?

Designing global product ranges knowing the end result will be in homes of thousands of people.
