Q4 What inspired you to become a freelancer?

I have two small kids so having the ability to manage my own time is essential for workflow purposes!

Q5 What do you think the benefits of being a freelancer are?

The flexibility of time, meeting different people and the way different studios work, getting the opportunity to work on a whole bunch of different projects

Q6 What are the biggest challenges you think freelancers face at the moment?

As all belts tighten around the world probably selling the value of their time and effort

Q7 What do you think is the best resource you have found to use as a freelancer?

My own network, especially relationships I have made with other designers

Q8 What one piece of advice would you give to other/aspiring freelancers?

The best advice I’ve gotten when worried about lull periods is to remember the world is always in flux – if things aren’t happening now, it doesn’t mean something won’t pop up tomorrow.
